about your booking

  • Upon booking a slot you will be asked to provide a brief summary of the purpose of the session and any relevant links - this helps set the context for the session.

  • Sessions are payable in advance with a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. No shows will still be charged, or if the client does not show within the first 15 minutes.

  • Thrive With LTD reserve the right to cancel a session at any time or if adequate information is not provided. A full refund is available in this circumstance.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, services are limited to within the session and do not include any preparatory work or follow up.

  • These are not training sessions - they are a chance to discuss your needs, issues or work through challenges. I will share advice, ask questions, suggest different ways of tackling the problem or suggest next steps in doing so.

  • If the session misused for other purposes, you will still be charged and we reserve the right to terminate the call.

  • We do not offer a refund policy however if you are not satisfied that you got value from the session then please send an email to hayley@thrivewith.co.uk to discuss it further.
