Upon booking a slot you will be asked to provide a brief summary of the purpose of the session and any relevant links - this helps set the context for the session.

Sessions are payable in advance with a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. No shows will still be charged, or if the client does not show within the first 15 minutes.
Thrive With LTD reserve the right to cancel a session at any time or if adequate information is not provided. A full refund is available in this circumstance.
Unless agreed otherwise, services are limited to within the session and do not include any preparatory work or follow up.
These are not training sessions - they are a chance to discuss your needs, issues or work through challenges. I will share advice, ask questions, suggest different ways of tackling the problem or suggest next steps in doing so.
If the session misused for other purposes, you will still be charged and we reserve the right to terminate the call.
We do not offer a refund policy however if you are not satisfied that you got value from the session then please send an email to hayley@thrivewith.co.uk to discuss it further.
