Hello, I'm Hayley, Founder of Thrive with Marketing

For more than 15 years, I've worked across social, content, creative and influencer marketing, helping brands navigate changing consumer behaviour, crowded categories and the constant pressure to stay relevant.

I've led strategy for global brands, supported founders through periods of growth, built high-performing teams and worked alongside some of the industry's biggest agencies and in-house marketing functions.

Throughout my career, one thing became increasingly clear:

The brands that stand out aren't always the ones with the biggest budgets or the loudest voices. They're the ones willing to challenge assumptions, think differently and create space between themselves and everyone else in the category.

Today, that's where I focus my work.

Through strategic analysis, competitor mapping and opportunity identification, I help ambitious brands uncover the gaps others miss and build marketing that is distinctive, relevant and commercially effective.

I don't believe in following category playbooks simply because everyone else is. Growth often comes from questioning the rules, understanding culture and finding opportunities hiding in plain sight.
